Eligibility: Candidates seeking admission to B.Sc. Nursing programme should satisfy the following eligibility criteria. a) Should have completed the age of 17 years and not have exceeded 30 years at the time of admission. Candidate should complete the said age on or before 31 st December of the year of admission to the first year Nursing course. Married and widowed girls can also take up the opertunity. b) Should have passed the qualifying examination after a period of 12 years of study with the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Botany and Zoology. c) Should have passed the qualifying examination in not more than two attempts. d) A candidate before admission shall submit a medical fitness certificate from an authorized medical officer that the candidate is physically fit to undergo the academic course and does not suffer from any disability or contagious disease.
