Interested candidates can apply Both (Online and Offline), by filling up the required form and submitting online or offline as required.

Eligibility: ⇨ Passed Matriculation/SSC Examination. ⇨ Obtained at least 35% marks(33% in case of candidates belonging to Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes category or Kashmiri Migrants category) in the qualifying examination. ⇨ Pass compulsorily in Mathematics and Science subjects in the qualifying examination.	Admission Procedure Admission to the first year of the 3-year Diploma Course is made on the basis of inter-se-merit/rank prepared on the basis of %age of marks obtained in the qualifying examination, through online off-campus counseling by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). 75% of the seats shall be filled by the HSTES and rest 25% seats shall be filled through the Management Quota on the basis of merit of qualifying examination.
