NIFT DELHI (NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY, DELHI CAMPUS)

The college was set up under the ministry of textile in 1986 and one of the oldest, most experienced and best campuses out 16 NIFT campuses. It ranked 17 in the world best fashion school in 2018. It ranks 1 in India. The college offers a wide range of courses such as BDes Fashion Design, BDes Textile Design, BDes Accessory Design, BDes Fashion Communication, BDes Knitwear Design, BDes Leather Design, BFTech in Apparel Production, BDesign (Lateral Entry), Master of Design (MDes), Master of Fashion Management (MFM), Master of Fashion Technology (MFTech), PhD Programmes in Design.

You have to take up the NIFT entrance exam which is usually conducted in January - February to seek admission into the college.

 

NIFT NAVI MUMBAI

Currently ranked second in India, it was set up in 1995. The college has a world-class infrastructure, highly equipped labs and machine rooms. It has a highly trained faculty with great industrial connect. The campus is spread across 10 acres and provides hostel facilities to both girls and boys. Ranked 3 at present. The institute was established in 1986 and is best known for its design technology and management. The various courses offered are B.Des Fashion Design, B.Des Accessory Design, B.Des Technology Design, B.Des Knitwear Design, B.Des Fashion Communication, B.Des leather Design, Bachelor of Fashion Techniques Apparel Production, Master of Design (M.Des), Master of Fashion Management (MFM).

 

PEARL ACADEMY NEW DELHI AND JAIPUR

Ranked 7th in our country, the institute was established in 1993. The college was initially promoted by House of Pearl Fashion, an Indian export company. The academy facilitates admission of students in courses offered at the University of Manchester, Uk, Australia.

Following are a few courses offered by the university 

BA Fashion Design, BA fashion Styling & Image Design, BA Fashion Media Communication, BA Interior Architecture and Design, BA Interior Product Design, BA fashion in Business Management. There are a lot more undergraduate courses and some post-graduation courses.

The college was established in 2006 and currently ranked 9th in India. The college has world-class infrastructure, design labs and studios. It provides hostel facilities. Admission is based on the entrance exam Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED).
