Commissioner for Entrance Examinations Kerala Bachelor of Laws 2020 or CEE Kerala LL.B. 2020 is the entrance examination for admission to LL.B.. CEE Kerala LL.B. 2020 is conducted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala.
CEE Kerala LL.B. for the year 2020 has been announced by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala and will be held from 20/06/2020 to 22/06/2020. The application forms will be available from 08/03/2020 till 20/05/2020. The exam is in online mode. The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes. Admit card will be available from 12/06/2020. Result is expected to be announced on 03/08/2020.
The minimum Academic Qualification required are passed Graduation in any discipline with at least 45% marks in aggregate of any University in Kerala or of any other Universities, recognised by any of the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto. However, candidates belonging to the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes need only 42% marks and those belonging to the SC / ST need only 40% marks.
No rounding off of percentage of marks to the nearest higher integer is permitted. Applicants who have obtained first degree certificate after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission. The applicants who have obtained graduation / post graduation through open universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission.
Candidates who are appearing or appeared for the qualifying examination can also apply for the CEE Kerala LL.B. 2020. Such candidates become eligible for admission only if they produce the Pass Certificate and Mark List of the qualifying examination at the time of admission.

If any candidate has any complaint regarding the answer keys, the same should be submitted to the CEE, in writing along with supporting documents and a fee of Rs.100/- per question by way of DD in favour of CEE, payable at Thiruvananthapuram, within 5 days from the date of publication of answer keys on the website of the CEE. If the complaint filed is found to be genuine, the fee remitted while filing the complaint will be refunded. Complaints received after the stipulated date and without requisite fee will not be considered under any circumstances. Complaints received by E-mail / Fax will not be considered on any account.

To qualify in the CEE Kerala LL.B. 2020, and thereby figure in the rank list, a General category candidate should get a minimum of 10% of the total marks in the CEE Kerala LL.B. 2020 and for candidates belonging to SC / ST category should get a minimum of 5% of the total marks.
In case there is tie in the total marks in the CEE Kerala LL.B. 2020, the candidate securing higher marks in the part ‘Aptitude for legal Studies’ of the CEE Kerala LL.B. 2020 will be placed higher. If the tie persists, candidate with higher marks in the part ‘English’ will be placed higher in the ranking. If the tie still exists, the age of the candidate will be considered, the elder being placed higher in ranking than the younger.
The Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) will be done online to give allotment to the Three Year LL.B courses. Candidates will be allowed to exercise their option for courses/colleges as per their ranks in the Computer Based entrance examination for admission to Three Year LL.B programme 2020 conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. The allotment of courses / colleges for the General Merit and reservation categories will be strictly in accordance with the rank list and category lists mentioned in clause 12 above.
