    Note:

    Applicants should note that there will be a ceiling on the number of candidates allotted to each of the centres except Chennai, Dispur, Kolkata and Nagpur. Allotment of Centres will be on the first - apply - first - allot basis and once the capacity of a particular centre is attained, the same will be frozen.      The Commission has provided the withdrawal facility from 08.02.2019 to 14.02.2019 (till 6:00 p.m.) to those candidates who do not want to appear at this Examination. 

    Request for generating OTP for withdrawal of application will be accepted only till 5:30 p.m. on 14.02.2019.

    The eligible candidates shall be issued an e - Admit Card three weeks before the commencement of the examination. The e - Admit Card will be made available on the UPSC website (upsconline.nic.in) for being downloaded by candidates. No Admit Card will be sent by post. All the applicants are required to provide valid & active e - mail id while filling up online application form as the Commission may use electronic mode for contacting them.
