How can I score more than 95% in class 12?

Simple things I did but need consistency and hard work are :
Clear concepts through online websites bcoz I didn’t go coaching
study regularly
make notes itself after reading the topic
Revise the theory part before the exam
Help others in understanding their concepts because It gives you confidence that u know this topic very well. And another reason is KARMA bcoz Help others it comes to you in an unexpected way.
Previous year question paper practice.
Presentation in your exam with diagrams, pointers, highlighting etc
