I am interested in Human Rights Law. Where and how can I study this?

Study of Human Rights Law is a Specialization. An aspirant first has to complete graduation and acquire an LLB (Law Degree). It can be a 3 year LLB or a 5 Year integrated program such as BBA.LLB. Bcom.LLB etc. Then You have to apply for a Masters in Law which is popularly known as LLM where you can take up specialization in Human Rights Law.
