What are the criteria to qualify for CAT 2021? When are the exams announced and what are the tentative dates?

The general eligibility criteria to qualify for CAT 2021 is supposed to be similar to the eligibility criteria of CAT 2020 and CAT 2019, the criteria are as follows; The candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's degree with 50% (for General Category and NC-OBC caste), and 45% for SC/ST and DA candidates. The university, awarding the degree should be recognized by the MHRD. The grades or CGPA should be properly converted into a percentage, by following the university norms. Final year students are eligible to appear for CAT 2021 exam, but their scorecard will be valid only when their final year result meets the above criteria.

CAT 2021 notification is expected to release in the last week of July 2021. The tentative dates are as follows: CAT 2021 registrations will be starting from the first week of August 2021. The registration process will be ending in the third week of September 2021. Admit card expected to release in the fourth week of October 2021.
