The application fee is Rs. 1500/- (Non- refundable) + Rs. 50 portal charges. 

Students applying for the admissions have to fill up the application form on the official site. A student can submit the application for only once; multiple forms will be rejected.

Requirements to be readied before you start filling up the Application Form  

• PC or a Laptop with Internet connectivity  
• Qualification details
• Functional e-mail Id as all communication are made through email; Parents email id is recommended.
• Mobile number as all information is sent through SMS too. Parents phone number can be used.
• For online payments, usually a valid debit or credit card as well as Net B facility Service is a must.
• Printer is required for keeping hard copies; if there is no printer, one can save the printouts, transfer them on to a pen drive and get it printed from a cyber-café.
• It is recommended to download the information Bulletin Brochure and read it carefully so that you understand various requirements to fill up the form.

The Usual Steps in filling up the Online Application Form :

• Step-1: Students have register for Online Application Form. A login and Password are created.  
• Step-2: Student has to Complete the Application Form and its various sections
• Step-3: Payments have to be made by Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking

Merit will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10th, 12th board and graduation; 15% proportion will be allocated to 10th board percentage, 20% proportion will be allocated to 12th board percentage, and 65% proportion will be allocated to graduation percentage.

• Two Passport Photographs
• Copy of counseling registration form
• Printout of Merit obtained through login id.
• Mark Sheet of Qualifying examination - Original for verification + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested) 
• Proof of Age - Original for verification + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested)
• Transfer Certificate - Original + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested)
• Migration Certificate - Original + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested)
• Caste Certificate for SC / ST / OBC (non-creamy layer) candidate - Original for verification + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested) Only for M.P. domicile. 
• Income Certificate for SC / ST / OBC (non-creamy layer) candidate - Original for verification + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested)) 
• J. & K. Migrant / J. & K. Resident Certificate - Original for verification + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested).
• M.P. Domicile Certificate - Original for verification, if applicable + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested) 
• EWS certificate from competent authority (Only for M.P. domicile). Download EWS certificate Format at official website.
• PH certificate from competent authority (Only for M.P. domicile).
• Affidavit for Gap in studies (if applicable) - Original + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested)
