About M. Tech. (VLSI and Embedded System / Communication System)

Master of Technology (M.Tech) is the higher specialized course in the field of engineering. The duration of this course is 2 years. M.Tech provides you the insight and deep knowledge of the subjects that you have studied in your B.Tech course. Many well-known institutions run the M.Tech programme in part-time or distance mode also. Admissions into M.Tech programme is purely done through the national level or state level entrance exam. Candidates have to appear in the entrance exam Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) that is the All India level examination to get admission in IITs.
