- Students need to upload a certificate in prescribed format issued by the registrar of the University stating that particular degree programme is accredited by ICAR.
- Self-attested copy of proof of date of birth i.e., either Birth certificate from competent authority or admit card of Madhyamik / equivalent (10th) examination (Format: jpg/pdf, Size 200 kb -300 kb)
- Self-attested copies of both sides of the mark sheet of Madhyamik / equivalent (10th) examination (Format: jpg/pdf, Size 200 kb -300 kb)
- Self-attested copies of both sides of the mark sheet of Higher Secondary / equivalent (10+2) examination (Format: jpg/pdf, Size 200 kb -300 kb)
- Self-attested copies of both sides of the mark sheets of all eight semesters of Bachelors’ Degree examination (Format: jpg/pdf, Size 200 kb -300 kb)
- Self-attested copy of caste/category certificate (Format: jpg/pdf, Size 200 kb -300 kb)
