Usually, the admission process for majority of courses start in the month of May and ends in the month of July. However, for many courses, admission process is through an entrance exam or counseling process. The relevant details for this admission are given below:

| Eligibility: Candidates who seek admission for BNYS should have passed Higher Secondary Course (Academic) or equivalent examination. Minimum of 40 – 60 % marks in aggregate for the following subjects namely Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany and Zoology. The percentage varies according to the community (SC/ST, BC, MBC, and OC). |
