Follow toppers advice and pass NEET 2023 with high marks

NEET 2023 is the exam to get admission to Medical, Dental and Ayush colleges in India. This exam is for students after class 12th National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct NEET 2023 on May 7  in pen and paper-based mode.

For MBBS, NEET 2023 exam will be the basis for admission to all medical colleges in India including AIIMS colleges and JIPMER. Thus one has to prepare well for NEET 2020. To prepare well, one must understand the complete syllabus for the exam as well as the exam pattern. A test with 180 questions and a total of 720 marks to be obtained; to be attempted in 180 minutes along with with negative marking is a tough exam.

We interviewed a few toppers of NEET 2022 to understand the difficulties of the exam. The toppers also gave some very important information like tips, which we pass on to you for NEET 2023.

Tips for NEET 2023
1.    Learn to focus on your strengths. If Physics is your favorite subject, that should fetch you more than 96% marks in the exam and the section should be attempted first on in the exam.
2.    We would suggest a focus on Biology as it carries the largest volume of questions. Also remember, biology has 90 questions, thus a total of 360 marks. There are no formulas and no calculations. Thus this is the most scoring section of NEET Exam.
3.    Chemistry is also one of the most scoring subjects in NEET examination. Last year, the chemistry was a bit tough. Organic Chemistry had more questions than inorganic chemistry. Organic chemistry required repeated practice.
4.    In physics mechanics and electrodynamics are the two most important chapters for the NEET examination. Other chapters are also important.
5.    Students are advised to take regular mock tests to get good marks in the examination. Practice with the last 10 years year’s question papers and you would discover that almost 70% of the questions are repeated in one way or the other.
6.    Please ensure that you take time off away from studies every day. A walk in the park or listening to music is always helpful. Meeting friends for an hour may also be a good stress-buster time.
