Specialization After MBBS

After completing the MBBS course, students can pursue higher knowledge and degree in various specialised medical fields. The postgraduate specialisation available is MD - the Doctor of Medicine, MS - Master of Medicine and other postgraduate and diploma courses. Usually, these courses have 2 to 3 years and may include years of internship in many countries. The students pursuing their degree from India or Abroad can apply for various courses worldwide by proving their eligibility and, if required, have to appear in a specific entrance test.
