- 1st semester includes concepts and basics of business, accounting, managerial economics, laws of economics, and business-related strategies.
- Semester 2 includes marketing principles, determinants of economic development, analysing macro and macro business systems factors, and computer and software basics required for analysing.
- Semester 3 includes financial management, cost accounting, market, employment rate, stock market trends, demographic shifts, inflation, and its risk through practical approach and real-life instances. Practical and applied approach towards the analytical skills interpretation of financial position, statements, knowledge about market and industries to make promotion decisions.
- Semester 4 Includes understanding corporate finance to deal with funding sources, corporations' capital structure, the actions managers take to maximise shareholder value, and the tools and analysis used to allocate financial resources.
- Semester 5 includes fundamental knowledge about investments, their risks, international trade, e-commerce, and other factors affecting business, government and consumers, preparing management reports, understanding the Indian and foreign banking system, and credit creation.
- Semester 6 includes advanced entrepreneurial principles, practice, and auditing of various provisions of the income tax act and understanding the business-related environment and its influence on society. Multidisciplinary tools, concepts, and techniques to solve modern and practical problems.
