In Telangana, admission and counseling process for filling
Undergraduate Medical/dental seats is administered by Kaloji Narayana RaoUniversity of Health Sciences (KNRUHS). The aim is to fill the tentative 3350
MBBS and 1,140 BDS seats offered by the government and private colleges of
Telangana State. The admission to these seats will be based on the NEET 2019
score. Out of these seats, 85% seats are state quota seats for which
Centralised counselling will be held by KNRUHS based on state merit rank
derived from NEET scores and 15% are AIQ seats which will be filled by MCC on
the basis of NEET 2019 Score.

Candidates
seeking admission to MBBS/BDS programmes in Telangana are required to fill the online
application form to participate in the counseling. The competent authority has
released the application form on June 22, 2019 and is available at https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/. Candidates can submit the duly filled application form on or before June
28, 2019 (till 4:00 PM). The procedure to fill the application form is
given below:
Registration: While filling the application form, candidates need to register
themselves by creating the login id and password. Candidates must then submit
the correct contact details to complete the registration.
Filling
up details: After
successful registration, candidates need to fill their NEET score and rank,
academic details and personal details.
Application
fee payment and form submission: The non
refundable fee of Rs 3500 (bank charges extra) (for OC/BC categories) and
Rs 2900 (bank charges extra) (for SC/ST categories) must be deposited in
the online mode by using debit/credit cards or net banking. After fee payment,
candidates are required to finally submit their application form and take a
print out of it.

Counselling Process
After
successful completion and submission of application form, KNRUHS will publish
the provisional merit list of registered candidates on June 28, 2019 in
online mode. Candidates in that list will be required to report at nodal
centers for document verification from June 29, 2019 onwards. Candidate
should paste a passport size photograph which is similar to that applied for NEET-UG2019 in the space provided in the print out of online application form and submit
at the time of document verification along with the two sets of self attested copies
of required certificates.
After the
verification of original certificates, the University will release the final
merit list of eligible candidates for exercising web options. The notification
for web counseling will be issued later at the official website of KNRUHS.
Procedure
and applicable guidelines for admission into MBBS/BDS courses will also be issued
separately from time to time on the website www.knruhs.in and www.knruhs.telangana.gov.in
