Understanding NEET 2020 cut-off and Counselling for Admission to MBBS

The admission cut-off for NEET test is the last rank as well as its equivalent marks at which the admission to certain college and category is granted. NEET cut-off is taken into consideration for admission to complying with seats:
 
-- 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government universities
 
-- 85 percent state quota seats in state government universities
 
-- Deemed and central colleges
 
-- ESIC as well as AFMC
 
-- Private institutes
 
-- 15 AIIMS as well as 2 JIPMER institutions
 
Summary of NEET counselling 2020
 
On the basis of merit list prepared, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will carry out counselling for admission to 15 percent AIQ, all deemed/central colleges, ESIC and AFMS institutes, AIIMS and also JIPMER establishments.
 
The state counselling boards will arrange NEET counselling session for giving admission to 85 per cent state allocation seats and also to private universities in the state.
