National Testing Agency, NTA has released the exam pattern, marking scheme and other important guidelines including the schedule for JEE Main Examination 2022. JEE Main 2022 exam will be conducted in two phases. NTA has said that if the student is not able to perform well in the first phase examination, then he can improve his performance by appearing in the second phase examination. The agency has also made it clear that it is not mandatory to appear in both phases of the examination. Students can appear only in the first phase examination if they wish. But if he attends both stages it will help him to improve his score. However, the agency has made it clear that if any student is not able to appear in the examination this year due to any reason, then he will have to wait till the next year.
The exam will be conducted in the month of April and May. In the month of April, the examination will be held from April 16 to April 21, while in May the examination will be held from May 24 to May 29. There will be two papers under JEE Main exam. In which Paper 1 will be conducted for admission to BE / BTech courses. At the same time, through Paper 2, admission will be conducted for the courses of B.Arch and B.Planning in engineering institutes.
