Admission Information

The minimum Academic Qualifications required for admissions are

P.B.Sc. (Nursing)	12th passed out from recognized board under AISSCE / CBSE / ICSE / SSCE / HSCE or other equivalent board. GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery), Registered as R.N. & R.M. with State Nurses Registration Council. Physically Handicapped are not allowed. Candidate shall be Medically Fit. Duration of course shall be 2 years including the Internship. Admissions are done as per the I.N.C. norms.
B.Sc. (Nursing)	The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought 12th class passed with science (PCB) and English Core / English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks. 10+2 passed out from recognized board under AISSCE /CBSE / ICSE / SSCE / HSCE or other equivalent board. Student shall be medically fit. Student appearing in 12th examination in Science conducted by National Institute of Open School. Student shall be admitted once in a year.
GNM	Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years. There is no age bar for ANM/LHV. 12th class passed preferably Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of 40% marks. 12th in Arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy) and English Core / English Elective or Health care Science – Vocational stream ONLY, passing out from recognized Board under AISSCE /C BSE / ICSE / SSCE/ H SCE or other equivalent board. 12th vocational ANM under CBSE Board or other equivalent board from the school and recognized by Indian Nursing Council. Registered as ANM with State Nursing Registration Council. Student shall be medically fit. Student qualified in 12th Arts or Science examination or Health care Science – Vocational stream ONLY conducted by National Institute of Open School. Student shall be admitted once in a year.
