Instructions for Exec - FPM Applicants

Procedure for online Exec - FPM Admissions – 2020 registration:

STEP – 1: To register online, candidates are requested to click on "Apply for Exec - FPM Registration”. On registration, a login id and password will be generated and the details will be sent to the applicant’s email id.

STEP – 2: After successful registration, login with your login id and password. An online payment of Rs. 3000/- has to be made as application fees, which is non-refundable.

STEP – 3: After successful completion of the above steps, kindly login again to complete the online registration process. On login, kindly upload your recent colour passport size photograph and update your Personal details, Address details, Academic & Professional details, online payment details and ‘Statement of Purpose (SOP)’.

NOTE:

A candidate can choose one or a maximum of two functional areas of specialization for applying.

Only after following the above three steps, the registration process is completed successfully. Any application with incomplete information (e.g. without photograph, SOP, Academic & Professional details etc.) will NOT be considered.

The last date for online registration is November 30, 2019.

Applicants for the Executive - FPM should:

have an MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) or equivalent or GMP/PGPX or One Year fulltime residential programme in Management (with 60% marks), Candidates from Premier B-Schools will be given preference.

be currently employed in a full-time job.

have at least 5 years of full-time executive/managerial/ teaching / research experience as on March 31, 2020.

Candidates less than 50 years of age shall get a preference.

Short listed candidates will be required to appear for a personal interview at XLRI Jamshedpur for final selection.
