Application Fee to be submitted through ONLINE mode only(Fees once paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances). Fee details:

For General / NC-OBC / EWS: Rs. 2000 (Rupees Two Thousand only)

For SC / ST / PWD (DAP): Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand only)

Photo and Signature upload are mandatory (Max. size for photo: 500KB & Max. size for signature: 200KB) in .jpg, .jpeg & .png format only.

Eligibility:

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) category], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

Candidates completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree can also apply subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 30th June 2020.

Selection Criteria:

Admission to PGPHRM programme of IIM Ranchi will be based on the performance of candidates in the CAT 2019, Personal Interview & Written Ability Test (PI & WAT) and also on their profile. The PI & WAT process will be conducted by IIM Ranchi. The Shortlisting criteria, weightage for different components and the profile scoring method are given below.

Initial shortlisting for WAT/ PI Process An initial shortlist (from the list of applicant) shall be prepared of candidates who would be eligible for WAT and PI process for admission to the PGPHRM 2020-22 batch of IIM Ranchi. This shortlist will be purely based on CAT Performance, Work Experience and Bachelor’s Degree and is expected to be announced around the third week of March 2020. 70% weightage is given to the CAT Score, 15% weightage is given to the discipline at the Bachelor’s Level and 15% weightage is given to the Work Experience.
