Direct Admission For G H Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur

Students applying for the admissions have to fill up the application form on the official site. A student can submit the application for only once; multiple forms will be rejected. 

Requirements to be readied before you start filling up the Application Form :

• PC or a Laptop with Internet connectivity 
• Qualification details
• Functional e-mail Id as all communication are made through email; Parents email id is recommended. 
  
• Mobile number as all information is sent through SMS too. Parents phone number can be used.
• For online payments, usually a valid debit or credit card as well as Net B facility Service is a must.
• Printer is required for keeping hard copies; if there is no printer, one can save the printouts, transfer them on to a pen drive and get it printed from a cyber-café.

The Usual Steps in filling up the Online Application Form : 

• Step-1: Students have register for Online Application Form. A login and Password are created. 
• Step-2: Student has to Complete the Application Form and its various sections 
•  Step-3: Payments have to be made by Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI / PAYTM 
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• As per the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai Obtained score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority

For Maharashtra Candidature Candidate:

• The Candidate should be an Indian National;
• Passed Bachelor’s Degree awarded by any of the Universities recognized by UGC or Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) or its equivalent;
• Obtained score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority (MAH - MBA / MMS - CET).

All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates:

• The Candidate should be an Indian National;
• Passed Bachelor’s Degree awarded by the University recognised by UGC or Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) or its equivalent;
• Obtained score in one of the following examinations; CET conducted by the Competent Authority, Common Admission Test conducted by Indian Institute of Management (CAT) or Common Management Aptitude Test conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (CMAT), valid for that year:
• Obtained score in one of the following examinations; CET conducted by the Competent Authority, Graduate Management Aptitude Test Conducted by Graduate Management Admission Council, United States of America (GMAT), Common Admission Test conducted by Indian Institute of Management (CAT), Management Aptitude Test Conducted by All India Management Association, Entrance Test for Management Admissions conducted by The Association of Indian Management Schools (ATMA), Xavier Aptitude Test conducted by Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur (XAT) and Common Management Aptitude Test Conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (CMAT),valid for admissions.

Submit following documents with Admission Form (original + Two set photocopy + 4 Colour Passport photos):

• DTE allotment letter (for CAP)
• Entrance Exam Score Card
• Graduation Marksheets(all)
• Provisional Degree/Degree
• College Leaving certificate / Transfer certificate
• Certificate of the Indian Nationality of the candidate
• Eligibility Certificate(for other than MS candidate)
• Domicile certificate
• Nationality Certificate
• Enrollment form
• Any other document mentioned as per DTE
• PAN Card Photocopy
• Aadhar Card Photocopy
• Bank Passbook Photocopy (Aadhar linked A/C Number)
• Migration (if applicable)
• Any other document mentioned as per DTE
