Instructions for filling Online Application Form 2020

• Name of the Candidate: The applicant shall enter the full name as it appears on the  applicant’s class X certificate. 
• Date of Birth: Select the correct date of birth form drop-down list
• Gender: Select the gender from drop-down list
• Category: Select the category from the drop-down list.
• Personal Interview Venue: Select the Personal Interview Venue form the drop - down list  where you want to appear for PI process in the month of February 2020. 
• Campus Choice: Select the Campus choice from drop - down list. You need to fill at least  two campus preferences and maximum of all four campuses. 
• Programme Choices: Select the program choice from the drop-down list.
• CAT 2019 Registration Number (User ID): Enter the CAT registration number (User ID)  received at the time of Application to CAT. It is seven digit number starting with digit '9'. 
• CAT 2019 score will be considered for admissions into IMT Ghaziabad, IMT Nagpur, IMT  Hyderabad and IMT Dubai 
• GMAT ID (12 digits): If you have taken GMAT after 1 Jan 2016, enter GMAT - ID. If not  taken yet and will be taking before 28 February 2020, leave it blank now. Update your 
• GMAT-ID and GMAT score before 15 March 2020 through IMT Admissions Portal. Your   application will be processed provisionally until verified. 
• XAT 2020 ID: The applicant must enter the six digits of XAT ID. The score of XAT 2020 will  be accepted for admission at IMT Ghaziabad, IMT Nagpur, IMT Hyderabad and IMT Dubai. 
• Have you received your CMAT 2020 scorecard? Kindly update your CMAT 2020 Roll  number and Score before 28 February 2020 through IMT Admissions Portal. Your Application will be processed provisionally until verified. 
• Personal E-Mail (which you access on daily basis): Applicants who do not have a valid  email-id must create an email-id before proceeding further. The applicant must also ensure that the email-id and password is kept handy for all the future correspondence/reference regarding admission process. 
• Mobile No: Applicant shall also provide a valid mobile phone number (10 - digit number  without any prefix, i.e. 0 or +91). The mobile number provided will be used for  communicating with applicant.

For Application Fee by Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking:

• The application fee of Rs 2000/- plus taxes as applicable can be paid through Credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking option as available on the Admission portal.
• On successful online payment application form number is generated and displayed to the candidate. Please note down the application number for any further reference.
• Once the Application Fee is received by IMT the application form status can be checked on IMT Admissions Portal.
• You are not required to send any printout of the Application Form at IMT.

Applicants for all IMT PGDM and MBA programs must have a minimum three - year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 50 percent aggregate marks in any discipline. Applicants who are appearing for the final - year degree examination can also apply, subject to submission of all mark sheets and pass certificate to IMT’s Academic Program office at a later date. Failing to do so will result in admission being cancelled.

IMT Nagpur

To apply for IMT Nagpur and Hyderabad’s 2 year PGDM program, applicants must be registered for CAT - 2019 OR XAT - 2020 OR CMAT - January,2020* OR have taken the GMAT (1st January 2016 – February 28, 2020). In case of the candidate(s) applying on the basis of GMAT and score is not provided, processing of application will be provisional, subject to IMT receiving the official GMAT score on or before March 15, 2020

Note : CMAT - January, 2020* test will be considered for IMT Nagpur and IMT Hyderabad Campus ONLY. 

IMT shortlists applicants on basis of best score among the above mentioned tests.

IMT will conduct the Common Admissions process in February and March 2020 for shortlisted candidates from IMT Common Application form for its final selection process.

• CAT / XAT / GMAT (best score)
• Academic Scores (Xth, XIIth and graduation) and quality / reputation and ranking of graduating college / institute / university
• Performance in Written Assessment test (WAT) and Personal Interview process.
• Work experience, both in duration and quality (for working candidates).
