Minimum Eligibility
The Candidate should be an Indian National; (i) Passed HSC or its equivalent with Mathematics and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) ; Or (ii) Passed (10+3) Full time Diploma examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) with Mathematics as compulsory subject; And (iii) The Candidate should have obtained at least 40% marks at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA2018), conducted by the Council of Architecture, Or (iv)The Candidate should have obtained marks in JEE(main) paper II.

Eligibility
Aptitude test is compulsory to get admission in B.Arch. NATA (National Aptitude Test for Architecture conducted by Council of Architecture)/ JEE (Main) Paper II, (conducted by central board of secondary education).

Selection Basis - A merit list of qualified candidates will be made considering 50% marks from aggregate of HSC or equivalent examination and 50% marks of the Aptitude Test [NATA/JEE(Main) Paper II]. Admission rounds are conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra State.
