General Instructions for filling up the Application Form

Students applying for the Diploma have to fill up the application form on the official site.

A student can submit the application only once; multiple forms will be rejected.

The submission is ONLINE 

Requirements to be readied before you start filling up the Application Form of Diploma

• PC or a Laptop with Internet connectivity
• Qualification details
• Scanned copy of passport photograph and Scanned copy of signature.
• Functional e-mail Id as all communication are made through email; Parents email id is recommended.
• Mobile number as all information is sent through SMS too. Parents phone number can be used.
• For online payments, usually a valid debit or credit card as well as Net B facility, UPI or PAYTM Service is a must.
• Printer is required for keeping hard copies; if there is no printer, one can save the printouts, transfer them on to a pen drive and get it printed from a cyber-café.
• It is recommended to download the information Bulletin Brochure and read it carefully so that you understand various requirements to fill up the form.

The Usual Steps in filling up the Online Application Form of the Diploma :

Step-1: Students have register for Online Application Form. A login and Password are created.

Step-2: Student has to complete the Application Form and its various sections

Step-3: Required documents in the form of Scanned Images 

Step-4: Payments have to be made by Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI / PAYTM

Important Instructions about Diploma Application Process

• All steps have to be completed before you can submit the form.
• Incomplete forms will be rejected.
• No correspondence is allowed on incomplete submission of form.
• No request of remitted fees is entertained

Educational Qualifications:

The Minimum Academic Qualifications for Diploma required are that students should have passed class 10th from a recognized board.

The subjects required for eligibility are Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English

Qualifying marks:

The qualifying marks in Mathematics and Science are as follows:

Age Limit:  

• Applicants should not be more than 21 years of age as on the 1st July of the year of admission relaxable by 1 (one) year for candidates who have passed HSSLC (12+), or equivalent examination, 3 (three) years for candidates belonging to SC/ST and 5 (five) years for persons with disabilities.

• ·         Paste one recent Passport Size Photograph of the candidate in the space provided on the printout of the online application form signed across.
• ·         True copies of Marks Sheet of qualifying examination passed.
• ·         Copy of class X Admit Card.
• ·         Documentary evidence of age (true copy of Admit Cardor Certificate of Board/University).
• ·         Up-to-date Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
• ·         Certificate from the employer for a candidate who is already underemployment.
• ·         Scheduled Tribe/Caste Certificate from District Authority
• ·         Permanent Residential Certificate is a case of Non-Tribal candidates from the Deputy Commissioner or the District Magistrate in which the applicant resides.
• ·         Printed e-payment receipt/ payment acknowledgement of Rs. 100.00 through State Bank Collect.NCC/ NSS Certificate, if any.
• ·         (Certificate for a Person with Different Ability (PWD), if applicable.
• ·         Original copies of Mark Sheet and Certificates must be produced at the time of interview.
