Candidates can apply online or by downloading admission from website. Candidates can submit it online or can come to college with filled admission form and all required documents as given below.

For D.Pharm . Course:

• Original mark sheet of 10th & 12th
•  Photocopy of ID Proof (Driving license/Aadhar Card/Rashan Card)
•  8 Passport size Photographs
•  Migration Certificate (in case education from other states)
•  Character Certificate from the last institution attended
•  Caste certificate (if applicable)

For B.Pharm. Courses

• Original mark sheet of 10th & 12th
• Original of CET or other qualifying examination Score Card(if any)
•  Photocopy of ID Proof (Driving license/Aadhar Card/Rashan Card)
•  8 Passport size Photographs
•  Gap Certificate (if there is any time gap from the last education)
•  Migration Certificate (in case education from other states)
•  Character Certificate from the last institution attended
•  Diploma in Pharmacy Certificates (FOR LATERAL ENTRY ADMISSION ONLY)

For M.Pharm. Courses:

• Original /Provisional B.Pharm. Degree with Detailed Marks Card
•  Original GPAT Score Card (if any)
•  Photocopy of ID Proof (Driving license/Aadhar Card/Rashan Card)
•  8 Passport size Photographs
•  Gap Certificate (if there is any time gap from the last education)
•  Migration Certificate (in case education from other states)
