Application Processing-cum-Group Discussion Fee along with Document Verification Fee (for all candidates) : Rs. 2000/-

Students applying for the admissions have to fill up the application form on the official site.  A student can submit the application for only once; multiple forms will be rejected. 

Requirements to be readied before you start filling up the Application Form:

• PC or a Laptop with Internet connectivity 
• Qualification details
• Scanned copy of passport photograph in JPG or JPEG format and Scanned copy of signature in JPG or JPEG format, if required.
• Functional e-mail Id as all communication are made through email; Parents email id is recommended.
• Mobile number as all information is sent through SMS too. Parents phone number can be used.
• For online payments, usually a valid debit or credit card as well as Net B facility Service is a must or Pay-in-slip of State Bank of India..
• Printer is required for keeping hard copies; if there is no printer, one can save the printouts, transfer them on to a pen drive and get it printed from a cyber-café.
• It is recommended to download the information Bulletin Brochure and read it carefully so that you understand various requirements to fill up the form.

The Usual Steps in filling up the Online Application Form:

• Step-1: Students have register for Online Application Form. A login and Password are created. 
• Step-2: Student has to Complete the Application Form and its various sections.
• Step-3: Required documents in the form of Scanned Images of Candidate’s Photograph, Candidate’s Signature, if required.
• Step-4: Payments have to be made by Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking or Pay-in-slip of State Bank of India.

Eligibility

The minimum Academic Qualifications required for admissions are passed Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree examination with at least 50% marks in aggregare (45% marks for SC / ST category candidates and handicapped with at least 40% disability).

Admission will be based on Qualifying Exam, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

The document verification will be held as per the schedule announced (Later on) for admission to MBA Two-Year Regular Course in Punjabi University Campus (Detail will be displayed on the official website.

Personal appearance of the candidate in document verification is essential. The candidates are required to present the original certificates issued by the appropriate authority at the time of document verification. 

Each Candidate, at the time of Document verification, shall have to fill the document verification Form in his own handwriting along with the passport size photo and attested copies of all relevant certificates and deposit the same to the Officials of MBA document verification team. The Document verification Form will be provided to them on the spot at the time of Document verification venue. 

After taking admission through document verification, the candidate shall be required to deposit the First Semester fees and funds within three working days in the allotted institution from the date of document verification, failing which the concerned institution may declare the seat to be vacant.

IMPORTANT CHECKLIST

• No document is to be attached with online application form except Photograph, Fee Payment Slip & Signatures. 
• On the day of document verification, the candidates are advised to bring the following documents: 
• Self attested Photocopies of all certificates regarding Date of Birth, DMCs of all examinations 
• Character certificate from the institution last attended.
• Gap Year Certificate (if any)
• Necessary certificate from employer (for employed candidates only)
• Residence/ domicile certificate
• Anti Ragging Affidavit from the Parents/Guardian
• Certificate for availing the benefit of a reserved category/ additional seat (should be latest and signed by the competent issuing authorities).
