a) Entrance Test 

Admission in Ph.D. Program would be through a screening of candidates which would include a Written Entrance Test conducted by the University or any other equivalent test such as JRF/NET/SLET etc.

b) Preparation of Merit List 

Merit list for admission to Ph.D. program shall be prepared as per the following criteria: 30% weightage to the percentage marks of Master’s Degree Examination. 30% weightage to the entrance test score of IUU/JRF/NET/SLET/any other equivalent exam. 40% weightage to the personal interview, which would be conducted by a panel of experts at IMS Unison University, Dehradun (Preference would be given to the candidates with good publication records such as books, papers in National/ International Journals and paper presentation experiences in National/International Conferences and those with prior teaching and research experience or candidates from Law profession having made exceptional contribution in their area of work
