M.Sc. (Economics) (Integrated) 10+2 in any subject from a recognized board with at least 50 % marks (45 % for SC/ST from Uttarakhand). A background in quantitative techniques is desirable.
M.Lib.I.S. Bachelor of Library and Information Science from recognized university/institution with minimum 50% marks(45% for Sc/ST from Uttrakhand)
