Joining Requirements
- Candidate who has been allocated a seat in the counseling process has to report to the college of joining by a specified date.
- If he or she does not join the college by the specified date then the seat will be forfeited.
Documents Required:
- NEET UG 2025 Admit card
- NEET UG 2025 Result or Rank Letter
- 10th mark sheet and certificate
- 12th mark sheet and certificate
- Valid, non expired and issued by government identity proof
- Valid, non expired and issued by government address proof
- Valid, non expired and issued by government state residence proof
- 6 to 10 passport size photograph
- Caste certificate if required.
- Disability certificate if applicable
- Provisional allotment letter
- Receipt or proof of payment of admission fees
Note: Candidate must carry the document / certificate in original, as well as photocopies.
