Application forms and information brochure for RUET UG 2020 are available at the university counters and can be purchased from the Fee Counter or by paying a one time non - refundable amount of Rs. 1,000.

The Usual Steps in filling up the Online Application Form of the RUET UG 2020:

• Step - 1 : Students have to fill Application Form. (Online or Offline).
• Step - 2 : Log into your account and Complete the Application Form and its various sections . Click “Start New Application” button to Apply for RUET 2020. 
• Step - 3 : Complete the Application and click “Submit” button to make the payment. Payments have to be made either in Offline or Online mode.
• Step - 4 : For Offline Forms, from payment options, select “Other”. Download and print the filled Application Form. Please enclose the followings and courier to Rama University, Rama Medical College Campus, Rama City, Mandhana, Kanpur - 209217.
• Demand Draft of Rs. 1,000 favouring “Rama University”, payable at Kanpur.
• Printed copy of online filled Application Form
• Self attested copies of 10th & 12th certificates
• Certificate of graduation / Provisional Certificate, (if applying for PG courses)
• Domicile / Disability Certificate (if applicable)
• OR 
• Step - 5 : For Online Forms, complete the form and upload the following documents to the website.
• Self passport sized photograph (in .jpg format)
• Copy of candidate’s signature (in .jpg format)
• Copies of 10th and 12th school certificates
• Certificate of Graduation / Provisional Certificate (if applying for PG courses)
• Domicile / Disability Certificate (if applicable)
• Step - 6 : Then, from payment options, select “Online Payment”. This would direct you to the payment gateway where payment can be made using Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking options. Once the payment is done, no changes are allowed. The final application form should be printed and a copy kept with you.

No application form will be accepted after last date.

*Candidate, who will submit their Application with late fee, their Test centre will be at University Campus only.

*The Candidate should know that 'Rama University' runs full-time courses only. Therefore, the student is enrolled only in Rama University in the duration of the course and not elsewhere. If the student is found enrolled simultaneously in any other institution/ University, he/she will be doing at his own responsibility for which Rama University will not be responsible for any legal complication arising thereof.

Before entering the Exam Centre

• Try to reach the exam centre one hour prior to the time advised in the admit card.
• Before leaving for the site, please have a hearty breakfast or light lunch depending on the session. Drink plenty of fluids; as in summers dehydration can set in affecting your performance in the exam.
• Have a cookie or a chocolate just before entering the centre; this prevents hypoglycaemia and thus helps you stay alert longer improving your results.
• If it is a busy centre, then don’t wait till last for the entry and security check.
• Centre will not allow you to enter after the stipulated time of closing the doors.
• Admission to the Exam Centre is with the Admit Card; no candidates shall be admitted to the test without the production of the Admit Card at the Test Centre.
• Usually no bags are allowed.
• No eatables are allowed.
• No communication equipment such as mobile phones / pager / wireless set / scanner / camera or any such electronic / digital gadget etc are allowed in the exam centre; carrying one will lead to disqualification.

After Entering the centre

• In no case, a candidate is allowed to enter the examination hall after the exam starts.
• Once candidates enter the centre, they should locate their designated hall and seat.
• For Objective Type question papers, rough work is to be done in the space provided for this purpose. No rough work is allowed on the OMR Answer Sheet under any situation.
• Questions have to be answered on the answer sheet only.
• Copying, use of unfair means of any kind, talking, asking questions from other candidates or borrowing of material inside the Test Centre is strictly prohibited.
• The candidates are to return their OMR answer-sheets and the question paper in full to the Centre Superintendent. Tearing or taking away of the question paper is not allowed failing which the candidates shall be disqualified from the entire Entrance Test.
• The candidate will be provided OMR answer sheet along with question booklet in the examination hall.
• The OMR sheet will have to be filled in by using blue or black ball pen.

• Candidates are not allowed to talk to each other during the examination.
• Smoking is a not allowed.
• Misbehaviour of any kind can lead to expulsion of the candidate.

• Roll Numbers will be allotted by the University on your admit card.
• Candidate will fill all entries in the admit card except Roll Number.
• Duplicate admit card will be issued at the centre with of cost Rs. 50/-.
