Requirements to be readied before you start filling up the Application Form :

• PC or a Laptop with Internet connectivity
• Qualification details
• Functional e-mail Id as all communication are made through email; Parents email id is recommended.
• Mobile number as all information is sent through SMS too. Parents phone number can be used.
• For online payments, usually a valid debit or credit card as well as Net B facility, UPI or PAYTM Service is a must.
• Printer is required for keeping hard copies; if there is no printer, one can save the printouts, transfer them on to a pen drive and get it printed from a cyber-cafe.
• It is recommended to download the information Bulletin Brochure and read it carefully so that you understand various requirements to fill up the form.
• Scanned copy of your recent passport size photograph in JPEG / JPG Format not exceeding 300KB in size.
• Scanned copy of your signature in JPEG / JPG format not exceeding 300KB in size.
• Scanned copy of your HSC Certificate in JPEG / JPG format not exceeding 300KB in size.
• Scanned copy of Mark Sheet of Qualifying Degree Examination i.e. Mark Sheet of Graduation Examination in case of applying for P.G. Courses or Marks Sheet of P.G.Examination in case of applying for M.Phil Courses in JPEG / JPG format not exceeding 300KB in size.
• Scanned copy of Person with Disability (PWD) / Differently abled certificate / NSS / Sports Certificate or any other certificate for claiming relaxation in JPEG / JPG format not exceeding 300KB in size.

The Usual Steps in filling up the Online Application Form : 

• Step-1: Students have register for Online Application Form. A login and Password are created. 
• Step-2: Student has to Complete the Application Form and its various sections.
• Step-3: Required documents in the form of Scanned Images of Candidate’s Photograph, Candidate’s Signature etc.
• Step-4: Payments have to be made by Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking.

The minimum educational qualifications required for admissions are passed the qualifying degree with at least 45% of marks in aggregate (40% for SC / ST students) of Utkal University of Culture, or any other examination conducted by other Universities which is recognized as equivalent thereto by Utkal University of Culture fulfilling other eligibility criteria shall be eligible for admission to all the above mentioned courses except for M.Phil Programmes. For M.Phil programmes, the eligibility criteria is MPA / M.Mus or MVA / MFA in the concerned subject. The qualifying degree and other details can be seen from the prospectus available for download from uuc.ac.in-Prospectus 2020-21. 

Candiates who are appearing / appeared the final examination of qualifying degree and awaits their results are also eligible to apply, subject to production of final degree mark sheet before the selection process.
