Requirements to be readied before you start filling up the Application Form:

• PC or a Laptop with Internet connectivity
  
• Qualification details
  
• Scanned copy of passport photograph in JPG or JPEG format.
• Scanned copy of signature in JPG or JPEG format.
• Functional e-mail Id as all communication are made through email; Parents email id is recommended.
  
• Mobile number as all information is sent through SMS too. Parents phone number can be used.
  
• For online payments, a valid debit or credit card as well as Net Banking facility.
  
• Printer is required for keeping hard copies; if there is no printer, one can save the printouts, transfer them on to a pen drive and get it printed from a cyber-cafe.
  
• It is recommended to download the information Bulletin Brochure and read it carefully so that you understand various requirements to fill up the form.
  
  

Note:

• Candidate can only apply through Online application form.
• Candidate has to fill up only one application form for each Programme.
• candidates are advised to upload all mark sheet for eligibility qualification in pdf format.
• Application fee is Rs. 100 for general category and Rs. 50 for reserved category.
• Candidate has to pay application fee online and application will only be considered as submitted when application fee is paid.
• Candidate are advised to visit the official website of university regularly to keep themselves updated for further information.

• Class XII certificate
  
• Relevant reservation certificate issued by the competent authority
  
• Self-attested copies of requisite certificates for admission under sports/ ECA category.
• Valid , non expired and issued by government identity proof
  
• Valid, non expired and issued by government address proof
  
• Valid, non expired and issued by government state residence proof
  
• 6 to 10 passport size photograph
  
• Caste certificate if required.
  
• Disability certificate if applicable
• Provisional allotment letter
• Receipt or proof of payment of admission fees.
