General Instructions for filling up the Application Form

Students applying for the UG/PG/Ph.D. have to fill up the application form on the official site.

A student can submit the application only once; multiple forms will be rejected.

The submission is ONLINE

Requirements to be readied before you start filling up the Application Form of the institute 

• PC or a Laptop with Internet connectivity
• Qualification details
• Scanned copy of passport photograph and Scanned copy of signature if required 
• Functional e-mail Id as all communication is made through email; Parents' email id is recommended.
• Mobile number as all information is sent through SMS too. Parents' phone number can be used.
• For online payments, usually, a valid debit or credit card as well as Net B facility, UPI or PAYTM Service is a must.
• The printer is required for keeping hard copies; if there is no printer, one can save the printouts, transfer them on to a pen drive and get it printed from a cyber-café.
• It is recommended to download the information Bulletin Brochure and read it carefully so that you understand various requirements to fill-up the form.

The Usual Steps in filling up the Online Application Form of the Admission:

Step-1: Students have registered for Online Application Form. A login and password are created.

Step-2: Student has to complete the Application Form and its various sections

Step-3: Required documents in the form of Scanned Images 

Step-4:  Application fee Unreserved and other categories: Rs. 800/- For SC, ST & PWD Students Rs. 600/ Payments have to be made by Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI / PAYTM

Important Instructions about Application Process

• All steps have to be completed before you can submit the form.
• Incomplete forms will be rejected.
• No correspondence is allowed on incomplete submission of form.
• No request of remitted fees is entertained

Educational Qualifications:

For UG The Minimum Academic Qualifications for admission are required are that students should have passed or are appearing in class 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

For PG The Minimum Academic Qualifications for admission are required are that students should have passed or are appearing in Graduation or equivalent examination from a recognized university.

For PH.D. The Minimum Academic Qualifications for admission are required are that students should have passed or are appearing in class 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

Documents Required-

• Education qualification  - mark sheet and certificate
• Valid ,non expired and issued by government identity proof
• Valid ,non expired and issued by government address proof
• Valid ,non expired and issued by government state residence proof
• 6 to 10 passport size photograph
• Caste certificate if required.
• Disability certificate if applicable
• Provisional allotment letter
• Receipt or proof of payment of admission fees
