Instructions for Filling up the ONLINE application form:

• Go to the Official website of university
• Please go to the new students registration button and complete the registration process.
• Candidate must provide Correct Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email Address as these details cannot be changed once the registration is complete.
• Candidate will need to type their own User Name and password in registration portal and will have to submit the form online.
• Now candidate will got registered on the portal and then he /she have to log in to the portal and fill in all particular asked over their.
• Candidate has to pay the registration fee if demanded and after paying it candidate has to submit the form.
  

Eligibility:

• Candidate should have passed 10+2 from recognised board in with the last two years of such study in Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology / Health Care Sciences and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in case of SC/ST and OBC Category).
• For Lateral Entry direct admission will be given in second year to all undergraduate courses, subject to availability of seats. Candidates must have passed regular two years Diploma course with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from any recognized institute are eligible.
  

Important Information:

• Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of merit.
• Merit list of the candidate will be displayed by college and shortlisted candidates are required to attend counseling session.
• In counseling session final candidates will be selected.
• Candidate are advised to visit the website regularly for regular updates.
  
  

Candidates are advised to bring the following documents in original along with a set of self attested photocopies at the time of counseling:

• 10th Pass Mark Sheet / Certificate.
• 12th Pass Mark Sheet' Certificate.
• Diploma Pass Mark Sheet Certificate
  
• Colored passport size photographs of the candidate
• Domicile Certificate
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Undertaking for GAP (if applicable)
