Usually, the admission process for majority of courses start in the month of April and ends in the month of September. However, for many courses, admission process is through an entrance exam or counseling process. The relevant details for this admission are given below:

Eligibility Criteria

| Eligibility: A Person who has passed the following examinations shall be eligible to join the first year class of B.C.A. course: (a) +2 examination in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate. (b) Matriculation examination having passed with Mathematics as one of the subject. (c) Any other examination recognised by the University as equivalent to (a) above. |
Note: A candidate who has been placed under compartment in the +2 examination is not eligible for seeking admission to the B.C.A. course. |
