Rules related to admission
- The minimum qualifying intermediate examination for BA first year entrants is 40% with a score.
- Admission in BA first year will be on the basis of merit.
- Applicants who have passed the intermediate examination from professional category in 2013-14 will be considered for the purpose of their examination, while deducting marks for the experimental examination.
- While preparing the merit index for each gap year, the basic score of the entrants will be reduced by 5%.
- Students passing through the Inter Colleges of Hamirpur District - the students and officials' counterparts will be given a surcharge of 10 points while preparing the BA for admission in the first year.
- A minimum of 5% relaxation will be given to the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories.
- Freedom fighter's son - daughter (unmarried), obtained NCC 'B' certificate, students participating in state level competitions in sports will be given surcharge of 5 marks.
- Entrants against whom criminal cases are lodged in the police station or pending in court will not be eligible for admission.
- No student - The student will not be a student of the institution for more than 4 years till graduation.
- A surcharge of 10 marks will be admissible to the dependents (sons and daughters) of officers / employees working in the colleges affiliated to Bundelkhand University.
- Principal reserves the right not to give admission to any entrant without giving any reason.
- Use of pan masala / gutka, smoking and alcohol etc. is prohibited in colleges.
- High school will be given surcharge of 5 marks for first-class, 3 marks for second class, and 1 mark for third class.
