Eligibility: The admission shall be based on Competitive/written entrance test which shall consist of 60 questions of 60 marks and of one hour duration comprising three parts viz. Mathematics, Logical Ability, English and General Awareness. Selected candidates will have to appear in the personal interview. If the number of applicants for the course is fewer than or equal to the number of seats allocated, admissions will be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination i.e. 10+2., Admission to the course shall be subject to the following conditions: (a) 15% and 7.5% scats shall be reserved for SC&ST candidates respectively, who have passed their qualifying examination from H.P. Board of School Education or any other school located within the territorial juristic on' of H.P. or any other school board e.g. CBSE or ICSE etc. (b) 3%of the seats shall be reserved for physically challenged candidates. (c) The remaining 74.5% seats shall be filled as under:- (i) 75% of the seats shall be filled out of the candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from H.P. Board of School Education or any other school located within the territorial jurisdiction of H.P. or any other school board e.g. CBSE or ICSE etc. 25% of the seats for admission shall be open for all the candidates irrespective of the institution from where they have passed their qualifying examination.
