Provided that different fee structure may be approved by the Executive Council for any particular Diploma course, but in no case the fees shall be less than that for M.A./Acharya courses. Provided further that if a regular student of M.A./Acharya in a University Teaching Department is allowed take admission in a diploma course also, then he/she shall not be charged any fees. Provided also that if a teacher in the University Teaching Department is allowed to take admission in a diploma course, then he/she shall not be charged any fees, but he/she has to obtain permission of Kulpati in this respect.
