PAU (Punjab Agricultural University) is a very popular university in the state of Punjab. PAU (Punjab Agricultural University) was established in 1962. It is one of the leading university in Agriculture Science and Technology, Architecture and Planning, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Communications and Journalism, Computer Science, Design, Education and Teaching, Engineering, Management Studies, Medicine and Health Sciences and Science and Mathematics. It is located in Ludhiana, Punjab. PAU (Punjab Agricultural University) is a Government institution. It is governed by UGC. More than 78 courses are taught in this institution.

Under the Agriculture Science and Technology, there are a total of 33 courses. For Under Graduate studies, B.Sc. (Hons.) (Agriculture) and B.Tech. (Agriculture Engg.) are available for enrolment. Under the Post Graduate studies, 16 courses are taught which are M.Sc. (Agricultural Meteorology), M.Sc. (Agronomy), M.Sc. (Entomology), M.Sc. (Food Technology) and many more.
