Admission 2025 for M.Phil.
Usually, the admission process for majority of courses start in the month of May and ends in the month of July. However, for many courses, admission process is through an entrance exam or counseling process. The relevant details for this admission are given below:

Interested candidates can apply Both (Online and Offline), by filling up the required form and submitting online or offline as required.

| Eligibility: Masters degree in Social Sciences or Humanities or Law or International Studies or Arts and Aesthetic or Environmental Studies with at least 55% marks or M.Sc in Natural Sciences with at least 55% marks. Relaxation to SC/ST/OBC (Non creamy layer)/Differently abled as per the UGC Regulations 2016. |
Admission to the MPhil programme of study is made through MCQ examination followed by a viva voce examination. Candidates must have MA degree. (For further details, please visit JNU main webpage). |
