Eligibility: Passes 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Technical Vocational subject , (any of the three) obtained with atleast 45% marks ( 40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed minimum 3 years Diploma examination with atleast 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidate belonging to SC/ST category) subject to vacancies in first year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. (The university will offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning outcomes of the program). * The students opting for these programs have to take four additional courses of their specialization of a minimum of 4 credits each from 5th to 8th semesters with not more than 2 additional courses in a semester. the students have to pay the requisite fee for the additional courses.
