Eligibility: •A candidate shall be eligible for admission to the course leading to the degree ot bachelor ot education (B.Ed.,) it he / she: Has undergone 10, +2,+3 pattern ot study and passed the 10th and 12th examinations conducted by the res#ctlve state board or CdSE or any other recognized board ot education / examination and UG degree examination otthe CIGC approved universities in any one ot the school subjects offered by the directorate ot school education of the secondary / higher secondary educational level. • Has studied more than one main subject in pan 3 (under doubleftriple major system) ot LIG degree course. He/sne nas to only one otthe main subjects and should have applied tor that optional only. Has passed under double degree/ additional degree programme witn three years duratiom • Has qualified in PG degree (5 year integrated course) under 10, +2, +5 pattern of study, In such cases the marks obtained by the candidate In the first 3 years(in major and ancillary subjects alone) ot the course alone shall be take into account ot admission. • Candidates who nave done their UG degree in applied physics, geo-pnysics, bio physics and electronics can apply for physical science. • Candidates who have done their LIG degree in bio-chemistry' and applied chemistry can apply tor the physical sciences. • Candidates who have done their LIG degree in applied mathmetics can apply for Mathematics. • Candidates who have done their CIG degree in bio-technology, plant biology and plant bio technology can apply tor biological science.
