Eligibility: A. At the time of joining the course of instruction Law (Part-I Pre-Law) the person concerned must have passed an examination of 10+2 or 11+1 course of study as recognized by the central or state Government in proposed such academic qualification, which are considered equivalent to 10+2 or 11+1 course by Bar council of India with minimum of the marks, which is required in qualifying examination. B. Students who have passed intermediate examination in Arts / Science / Commerce with 45% marks shall also be eligible for admission and provided that in case of schedule caste, schedule Tribe and for girls may be reduced by 4%. C. Any students may be admitted in Part-II five year Law examination who has passes Part-I Per-Law examination with at least 45% of marks in the agregrate. D. A student who is a graduate of a University with at least 45% marks or possesses such other Qualification, which is recognized equivalent there to by the university or Bar Council of India will also be eligible to seek admission to Part-II of the five years course if he has completed regular course of study for not leesthen there academic years in university.
