It has been observed among the students that they get nervous and anxious while sitting in the examination hall. Yes, it is natural among all the students but the situation can be made easy by following a few useful steps while sitting in the examination hall.

1.Make the wise use of additional 15 minutes before the paper
Almost all the school boards have introduced the concept of additional 15 minutes time for the board examination before students start writing their exam. Additional 15 minutes provided the student to read the paper correctly without being panic. So, they can also make their strategy according to the paper.
2.Set the priority
While reading the paper make a list of questions which are easier and can be written easily. This helps you to gain more confidence and will also provide enough time to think on other questions which are a bit difficult to write.
3.Choose question wisely
Some papers in the exam provide internal choices. The student can select any one question of their choice. But many times, students choose the instinct question to attempt and later they regret not choosing the other question which they knew better.
4.Attempt all the questions
There is no negative marking in board examinations. So, don’t be afraid to answer all questions about which you are confused as you have nothing to lose. Try to understand the question and what it demands. Examiners always look for the key words or appropriate line where they may give you marks.
5.Space out each word
Make sure that the words properly spaced out. Try to use the answer sheet as much as you can. Make sure to write the answer in points. This will help you when you feel you want to add something to your answer. Don't squeeze in ten words in a single line.
6.Don't panic
There may be few questions which you find beyond your knowledge. At that time don't panic or be afraid. It can affect your brain badly making it blank. Think wisely, be calm and focused. All you need to be relaxed and confident while giving the exam.
7. Check your answer sheet
After you complete your paper don’t forget to check your answer and that even twice at least. Many times, while checking the paper you come across silly mistakes that would have been left unaltered if were not checked. Make sure that you have written your roll number neatly and before handing over the sheet to the examiner.
