AIBE 22 Subject-Wise Syllabus 2026 Released
The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the topic- and subject-wise syllabus for the All India Bar Examination XXII (AIBE-XXII) so that candidates appearing for this exam can better complete their preparations. Candidates can plan their studies around the prescribed topics. This will help them avoid wasting time on unnecessary material outside the syllabus.
AIBE 22 Syllabus 2026: List of 19 Subjects
In the AIBE 22 Exam, candidates will be asked questions from a total of 19 topics: Constitutional Law, the I.P.C. (Indian Penal Code) and the (new) Indian Penal Code, the C.P.C. (Code of Civil Procedure) and the (new) the Indian Civil Security Code, the Code of Civil Procedure, the Evidence Act and the (new) Indian Evidence Act, Alternative Dispute Resolution including the Arbitration Act, Family Law, Public Interest Litigation, Administrative Law, Professional Ethics and matters of professional misconduct under the Bar Council of India rules, Questions will be asked on Company Law, Environmental Law, Cyber Law, Labour and Industrial Law, Law of Torts, which includes the Motor Vehicles Act and Consumer Protection Law, Taxation Law, Contract Law, Specific Relief, Property Law, Negotiable Instruments Act, Land Acquisition Act and Intellectual Property Law.
AIBE 22 Application Last Date 2026
Candidates can apply for the AIBE 22 exam until 28 October 2026. There is an opportunity to make corrections to the form until 30 October.
AIBE 22 Exam Date 2026
The BCI has scheduled the AIBE 22 examination for 29 November 2026.
AIBE 22 Admit Card Release Date
Admit cards for applicants will be issued on 14 November 2026. The results are expected to be released between 7 and 10 January 2027, following the examination.
