NEET Dress Code 2021: What To Wear, What Not To Wear

As National Testing Agency (NTA) is going to conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) on September 12, 2021, from 2 pm to 5 pm. Guidelines have been issued by NTA on the NEET 2021 dress code.

It is mandatory for candidates to follow the dress code specified for males and females.


NEET 2021: Dress code for female candidates

Female candidates can wear only shirts or T-shirts, half-sleeved tops on exam day. Low heels, chappals or sandals are allowed as per the dress code of NEET 2021. No clothes with elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches are allowed inside the examination hall. Female aspirants should avoid wearing jeans. No ornaments like earrings, nose rings, pendants, necklace bracelets and anklets should be worn by female candidates.


NEET 2021: Dress code for male candidates

Male candidates can only wear half sleeves shirts or T-shirts. For the bottom half, simple pants, trousers can be worn. Aspirants can only wear sandals and chappals in NEET 2021 exam hall. Shoes are prohibited inside the examination hall of NEET-UG


Students must report a minimum of an hour before the last reporting time for the exam, which is 12:30 pm, for frisking.
