NEET PG 2026 Important Dates at a Glance
The official notification for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test PG has been released by NBEMS. Candidates who wish to take part in the NEET PG entrance examination can fill in their form by visiting the NBEMS official website, natboard.edu.in. The online application process for NEET PG began on 01 July. Eligible candidates can apply until 21 July, 2026, at 11:55 p.m.

- Application Starts: 01 July, 2026
- Application Closing Date: 21 July, 2026
- Form correction period: 25th to 28th July, 2026
- Exam City Slip: 11th August, 2026
- Admit Card Release Date: 27th August, 2026
- Examination Date: 30th August, 2026
Examination Fee
Candidates must also pay an examination fee to take part in the NEET PG examination. The examination fee is set at ₹3,500 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, and ₹2,500 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
Educational Qualification
To be eligible for the NEET PG examination, candidates must have completed their MBBS from a recognised institution in India.
Examination in Computer-Based Mode
The NEET PG examination will be conducted in a computer-based mode. The NEET PG examination will be held in a single shift. Candidates will be asked 180 multiple-choice questions. The examination will be conducted for 03 hours and 30 minutes. There will also be a negative marking of one mark for each incorrect answer.
