The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon declare the results for the UGC NET December 2025 session. Candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to check their UGC NET Result 2026 on the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in. A direct link to download the scorecard will also be made available to candidates as soon as the results are released.
When will the UGC NET Result 2026 be released?
The NTA has not yet announced the official date for the UGC NET Result 2026, but according to media reports, the results may be released soon. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates.
Where and how to check the UGC NET Result 2026?
After the UGC NET December results are released, candidates can check their results by following the steps given below:
- First, visit the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in
- Click on the UGC NET Result 2026 link on the homepage
- Enter your application number and date of birth
- Upon submission, your result will be displayed on the screen
- Download the scorecard and take a printout
What information will be included in the UGC NET scorecard?
The UGC NET Result 2026 scorecard will contain the following details:
- Candidate's name
- Roll number
- Subject name
- Marks obtained

Percentile score
- Qualifying status
UGC NET Cut-off and Qualification
Along with the results, the NTA will also release the UGC NET Cut-Off 2026. Based on the cut-off, candidates will be declared eligible for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
