The official notification for the UGC-NET June 2020 examination has been released by NTA (National Testing Agency). The registration of the UGC NET June 2020 exam will begin on March 16. The candidates can register themselves before April 16. The Admit Card will be released on May 15. The exam of UGC NET will be conducted between June 15 and June 20 by NTA. The result will be declared on July 5, 2020, by NTA.
The UGC-NET exam is conducted by NTA for ‘Assistant Professor’ and for ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor. There will be two papers in the test, both will be conducted in a single three-hour duration. This exam will be the computer-based test mode. Those candidates who are interested can register themselves online at the official website of NTA at nta.ac.in or ntanet.nic.in.
UGC NET 2020-Educational Qualification:
Those candidates who have secured at least 55% marks and 50% marks for the reserved category candidates, in master’s degrees from any UGC recognized universities or institutions, also those candidates who are appearing for their qualifying Master’s degree or we can say final year examination, those candidates whose final exam’s result are still awaited, and the candidates whose qualifying examination have been delayed are eligible for the examination. These candidates should complete their master’s degree within the two years from the date of results with the required percentage of the marks. Those who have failed shall be treated as disqualified.
The candidate should not be more than 30 years old, for qualifying JRF. Relaxation of the age shall be given for SC, ST, OBC, transgender, women, candidates those who have research experience, etc. there will be no upper age limit for the assistant professor exam.
